SHALL I COMPARE THEE TO AN ICE CREAM SUNDAE

shall i compare thee to an ice cream sundae

thou art more luscious and toothsome

brain freeze doth inflict me with disdain

and incessant ache you cause my tooth some

sometime too bitter the season is to indulge

as holding thy hand within winter wakes stares

lying whilst i netflix and bulge

syrups of chocolate and creams whipped to spare

a suitor of DQ chases thine rank of taste

playfully displaying flavor and fervor

yet this front is confections disgraced

as the sweetest scooping do mine hands conjure

melting my heart, running a leak nonstop

your delectable messes overtake me, with cherries on top
